My aim is to make the booking process as simple and straightforward as possible so you can focus on your treatment and time to relax.  

Booking & Payment Information

Online bookings automatically generate a confirmation email. Once your booking is received, I will also confirm your appointment personally via WhatsApp or text message where needed.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made by cash, Revolut or bank transfer.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, full payment is required prior to your appointment. Please contact me by email at relaxandrenew75@gmail.com or by text/WhatsApp on 085 187 9892 to request bank details.

Special Offers & Discounts

From time to time, special offers or discounted treatments may be available. Full terms and conditions, including any specific booking or cancellation requirements, will always be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy:

As I work by appointment only, I kindly ask that any cancellations or requests to reschedule are made at least 48 hours in advance.

Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact me by phone, text, WhatsApp or email and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur the full treatment fee. This policy helps protect the time reserved especially for you and allows me to continue offering the highest level of care to all clients.

Outstanding cancellation fees must be settled before future appointments can be made.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 

General Terms & Conditions:

All personal information held by Relax & Renew Holistic Massage is treated as strictly private and confidential. It is used solely for the purpose of providing treatment and managing appointments and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

The therapist reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate to proceed due to medical contraindications or if there are concerns regarding the health, safety or wellbeing of either the client or therapist.

While massage and holistic treatments may support relaxation and wellbeing, individual responses vary and no specific outcome can be guaranteed from any treatment or series of treatments.

Relax & Renew Holistic Massage reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time, at the therapist's discretion. In such cases, full payment remains due and no refund will be issued.

This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:
• A client attends under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs
• Relevant health or medical information has been withheld that affects safe treatment
• A client behaves in a threatening, aggressive or unsafe manner

• A client makes inappropriate comments, requests or behaves in a sexual or sexually suggestive manner

The intention of these conditions is to ensure a safe, respectful and professional environment for all clients and for the therapist. 


GDPR & PRIVACY POLICY

I believe privacy to be of  utmost importance, therefore I am committed to upholding the following principles:

1. Personal Information
Relaxandrenew.ie website records your details voluntarily provided by you when you register your interest with me, including names, ages, phone numbers, addresses and e-mail addresses. If you fill in my enquiry form, I will store your information in order to respond to you. Personal information will not be given to anyone else.
2.  No Combination of Browsing and Web Traffic Information with Personal Information
Relaxandrenew.ie does not not combine traffic analysis information with personal information.
3. No Aggregation of Individual Visitor Traffic Patterns across Multiple Sites
Relaxandrenew.ie does not collect individual profile information for visitors across multiple sites and does not aggregate information from any other sources about browsing patterns of individual visitors across multiple sites. In other words, I will not track you as you move from one site to another.
4. Collection of Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Relaxandrenew.ie website records anonymous visitor information like IP addresses, browser types (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox), referring pages, pages visited and time spent on the web site. I collect this non-personally identifiable information for the following purposes: (1) to provide statistical analysis of traffic patterns thought this websites; (2) to administer my website and servers and (3) to improve my services.
5. Anonymous Use of Cookies
It is my policy to use cookies only for more accurate anonymous traffic analysis. The cookie information does not include personal data such as name, age, phone number, e-mail address or mailing address.
6. No Individual Profiling
Relaxandrenew.ie does not create individual profiles of website visitors.
8. Opting Out of Tracking Cookies
You may elect to opt out of receiving tracking cookies for this site. Simply set your browser accordingly.

Data protection and privacy

Relaxandrenew.ie recognises that your privacy is important to you and is committed to respecting your online privacy. I will apply appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information you share with me. The information you submit will be kept confidential and with the highest standards of security once it reaches my server. The information you provide will be entered onto a database and processed in accordance with the Data Protection regulations.

Any personal information provided by you to Relaxandrenew.ie through your use of this website will only be used for the following purposes by Relaxandrenew.ie :

  • updating and enhancing user records
  • defining areas of interest to you and improving the website to meet users' habits and requirements and compiling information relating to users' movements across the website
  • advising you of other products or services, which may be of interest

Any personal information received from you will be retained by Relaxandrenew.ie and will only be disclosed where required by law. I shall also give you the opportunity to remove yourself from any of our mailing lists at any time.

This data is not transferred outside the EU.

The data collected for this purpose will be held by us only as long as there is a business need to do so in line with the purpose(s) for which it was collected. Thereafter, in accord with the recommendations of the Irish Data Protection Agency to Relaxandrenew.ie, it will be retained for 1 year, and destroyed thereafter. However, we will destroy this information immediately if you so require. Please be aware that if you do so, we will have no record you were ever on our website.

The data provided for this purpose is being requested under the requirements set out in EU Regulations. If you choose not to provide this information, it is impossible for us to process your application for membership to the NRRI and IMTA.

The personal data provided is not processed automatically. It is not stored in any database or other system which is accessible via the internet. It is stored internally.

Changes

I reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting revisions on the site. Changes will be advertised on the site for a reasonable period.
