Welcome to my little corner of the World Wide Web - my name is Veronika and I created Relax & Renew as a space where people can step away from the pressures of everyday life and reconnect with themselves through restorative bodywork and holistic care.

My work is my vocation. I am passionate about health and well-being. I believe massage is about more than relieving physical tension - it is an opportunity for the body and nervous system to slow down, reset and heal.

Many people carry stress not only physically, but emotionally and mentally too. My treatments are designed to support the whole person in a safe, tranquil, warm and nurturing space.

I specialise in Lomi Lomi Nui and Fascia Release Therapy, combining flowing movement, intuitive touch and therapeutic techniques to help release deeply held tension patterns, encourage relaxation and restore balance within the body.

My approach is tailored to each individual client. Some people come seeking relief from muscular discomfort or chronic stress, while others simply need time to rest, breathe and recharge. Every treatment is adapted to meet your needs on the day.

At Relax & Renew, I aim to create a peaceful experience where you can fully switch off from the outside world and allow yourself time to relax, restore and renew.

Based in Wicklow Town, treatments are offered in a private and welcoming space with a focus on professional, holistic care.
