Whereas I understand that lives are busy with time constraints and budget concerns, I would always recommend booking a 90 minute appointment for full body massages. It allows for a more gradual and comprehensive relaxation response, giving the body more time to relax and unwind, helping muscles to release tension and for the mind to quiet down. A deeper state of relaxation helps reduce stress, anxiety, and tension and improves the quality of sleep thereby promoting better overall health and wellbeing.

During a 90 minute appointment there is more time to address problem areas as well as areas which are often neglected during a shorter appointment time like scalp, hands and feet, giving a more complete experience without feeling rushed.
